The Battle has begun!

Nearly 190 players converged on Buttonwood Tennis Club Sunday to fight for pride in representing their respective tennis clubs. It was a beautiful day for players and spectators alike. Sixteen clubs entered teams consisting of men and women at the 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 levels. Each division played men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles.

All this activity was organized by the expert professionals at Buttonwood TC and assisted by volunteers from the Treasure Coast Tennis Foundation.  Early refreshments and lunch were provided. Pro-shop merchandise sales and raffle prize drawings topped off the fun and festivities.

At the end of the day, the North River Shores team took home Battle Trophy.  NRSTC will hold the Trophy until this time next year when the Battle commences again!
